Wild Game is overall a tougher fare to cook. Generally because it simply contains a lot less fat than farm raised animals. Also free of additives ūüôā¬†. That being said it’s actually easy to cook but you can’t treat it like store bought food. Here I show how to get wild pork ribs to melt off the bone. You can use this method with most wild game. One thing I didnt add is it’ll also help to brine the meat for a day or two in a solution of your choice before the cooking starts. Enjoy! Click the HD button

My Bio

Originally from Michigan and grew up hunting whitetails but now I live in California and mostly hunt the west.  Blacktail and Wild Pig are my main quarry however I do love chasing Elk and Mule Deer outside of California as well.  I hunt hard and persistence is what you'll find with me.  Many of my hunts I solo film to keep for memories and share with others.  95% of my hunts are archery and I love D.I.Y. public land hunts when I can.
