This past spring I was fortunate enough to meet Shawn Sullivan of Pontiac Lodge in Sheenboro, Quebec. This place is hands down the spot to be to down a giant black bear. And if you’re big into fishing or just want to do a little fishing in the morning before your evening bear hunt? Your cabin or if you choose to stay in the lodge overlooks a beautiful lake full of plenty of game fish.
The Pontiac Lodge is a family owned and operated business that offers hunting and fishing opportunities, family vacations with rest and relaxation, and corporate retreats for team building initiatives.
Located in the heart of the beautiful Laurentian Mountains, it sits on Summerville Lake and has more than 50 lakes nearby.
Sportsmen and family groups have enjoyed Pontiac Lodge for over 100 years. Guests have come for the fishing and hunting and returned because of the wonderful accommodation, excellent food, warm hospitality and expert guiding services of the Sullivan family.
Pontiac Lodge has become a favorite for many hunters and fishermen. I invite you to make it yours.
