Part Time Position

Description

- This is a part-time position located inside the Outdoor Insiders, a hunting & outdoor store. The person hired for this position will primarily be working on their own, completing all day-to-day tasks from taking orders and making drinks to tracking inventory and assisting in decisions on how to better serve our customers.

Responsibilities

- Taking orders, making specialty drinks, and accepting payment
- Making a “drink of the day” and posting on socials (must be creative!)
- Maintaining a clean workspace and cleaning all equipment, counters, tables, and floors daily.
- Keeping track of inventory and restocking for consumables & disposables
- Occasional help with the retail store checking out customers during their busy times if café is slow

Requirements

- Knowledge of how to make specialty drinks
- Ability to work in fast paced environment on your own during busy times
- Must be able to take initiative and solve small problems as they come up
- Due to working alone majority of the time, previous barista experience highly recommended
- The café is located within a retail store for hunting and outdoor gear, so an interest in the outdoors is always a plus!
